What is Qi Gong?

Qi (“Chee“) Gong is the ancient Eastern practice of working with your life energy or life force.

Qi – or Chi – is referred to as the life energy, something that is believed to be the powering force behind all living things. Gong translates to “working with”.

One of the main aspects of Qi Gong is the work with the breathe. Breathe is supporting the movements, the movements are in alignment with the breathe.

Qi Gong exercises are very gentle and usually easy too, so that it is suitable for all ages and people with all sorts of conditions.
