My Shoulder Is So Much Better!

Before I started the ChiBall exercises I really had trouble with my shoulder, but the gentle exercises in the ChiBall program helped me to loosen it up. After only a few weeks I can see so much improvement in my flexibility and range of movement. It´s fantastic!
