Back On Track is designed for people who experience pain in the back, neck or the shoulders or any combination of those.
Especially the neck and shoulder area have a tendency to be tense or tight when we experience a lot of stress – a factor that can be very challenging to avoid in our hectic lives.
In this class you will learn very simple and easy exercises that you can continue to practice at home or even in theofficein order to prevent or release stress and tension.
Please note that although gentle, this class is not suitable for people with serious back injuries. If in doubt, please check with your medical specialist if he or she recommends this type of exercise for you.
